AIR AND ROAD SAFARIS  | 8 Days (7 Nights) "Kongoni Safari"

DAY 1:Mombasa - Tsavo East.
Depart early in the morning to arrive in Tsavo East National Park at around 10:00hrs,time for the morning game viewing until lunchtime.

Check in at the Lodge or camp. The evening game drive starts at 16:00hrs until 18:00hrs.

Dinner and overnight at Red Elephants Safari Lodge or Ndololo Camp (Lunch & Dinner).

DAY 2: Tsavo East - Tsavo West
Early morning game drive then return to the lodge for breakfast. Proceed to Tsavo West National Park.

Game viewing en route to the Lodge. After Lunch, relax until 16:00hrs,time to visit the Rhino Sanctuary. Spot Elephants, Leopards, Giraffes and birds e.g. the Guinea Fowl.

Dinner and Overnight at the Ngulia Safari lodge or Ngulia Safari Camp (Full Board).

DAY 3: Tsavo West-Amboseli.

Depart to Amboseli National Park after breakfast. Pass through Mzima Springs and the Shetani Lava Flow. Wildlife viewing in Amboseli before checking in at the Lodge.

The evening game drive takes you out to spot Lions, Cheetahs, Cape Buffaloes, Impalas, Wildebeests (Gnu), Giraffes, Hippopotamus, Elephants and birds e.g. the Egyptian Goose and the gray Heron.

Learn the Maasai people culture by visiting one of their villages.

Dinner and overnight at Kibo Safari Camp or Oltukai  lodge (Full Board).

DAY 4: Amboseli - Mount Kenya

After breakfast, drive to Nairobi arriving in time for lunch then continue to Mount Kenya National Park. On arrival, check in at the Lodge.

The resident wildlife in this park graze/feed around the lodges.

They include; cape Buffaloes, Forest Hog and different birds.

View the snow - capped peaks of Mount Kenya (5,200M above the sea level).

Dinner and overnight at Serena Mountain lodge (Full Board)

DAY 5: Mt. Kenya - Lake Nakuru
After breakfast, drive through large Tea and Coffee plantations, Thomson falls and the Equator to Lake Nakuru National Park.

Game drive en route before checking in at the  Lodge. The evening wildlife viewing starts at 16:00hrs until 18:00hrs.Spot the rare Rothschild Giraffe, Flamingoes, Black/White Rhinos and Buffaloes.

Dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru  lodge (Full Board).

DAY 6: Lake Nakuru - Mara Mara
Early morning breakfast then proceed to the famous Maasai Mara Game Reserve. On arrival, make a game drive en route until lunchtime, when you check in at the Lodge. More game viewing in the evening before dinner.

Overnight at CAMP OR LODGE (Full Board)

Day 7: Maasai Mara.

Spend a whole day viewing wildlife in Maasai Mara Game reserve. Have a chance to see the "BIG FIVE": Lion, Elephant, Rhino, Buffalo and Leopard. Wildebeests, Zebras, Cheetahs and Gazelles can also be easily spotted.

Dinner and overnight at the Camp (Full Board).

DAY 8: Maasai Mara - Nairobi - Mombasa

After breakfast, drive to Nairobi for lunch then transfer to Jomo  Kenyatta International Airport to fly back to Mombasa, with  transfer to your hotel (Breakfast & Lunch).
